Coaguchek and Rals

Having trouble with Coaguchek XSPlus and Rals. All patient results are getting hung up in Rals and not crossing to the patients chart. Any ideas why this may be happening?

I didn’t even know that is have the capacity to put a patient ID in. I am interested in learning more, if you find some answers on how it works with RALS.
