IQCP for CoaguChek XS Pro

Hello everyone. I'm very new to the group and POCT. I found out that our Coaguchek XS Pro needs an IQCP since it is Moderately complex testing. Can anyone share their IQCP or willing to provide a template so I can start? It would be very appreciated.

Thank you,

We do not have this instrument here, but you may not need an IQCP. If you perform 2 levels of control each day of patient testing, from what I understand, you should be fine. The IQCP is utilized when you want to perform controls less often. The manufacturer may already have a template in place. Check with them. Also check with your regulatory agency for their requirements. Our hospital falls under CAP.

Talk to Roche, but I don’t think you need an IQCP for the XS.
