Hi,

Does anyone have experience switching middleware for the Xceed Pro glucometer from  Pweb to Telcor’s QML?  Would you mind sharing your thoughts on pros, cons, issues, etc?

Thank you,

Nancy

I'm also considering switching from PWeb to Telcor.  I also would love any thoughts/pros/cons.

I have only been doing point of care for a month now and so far considering other departments I worked in with different databases and systems.  Telcor has been amazing to work with from the software down to the tech support.

I also have all good things to say about Telcor.  Very knowledgeable support, and as a POCC, you can be allowed as little or as much control as you like (within some limits).  Always above and beyond.

We have been with Telcor for nearly 20 years, for all POCT devices.  No complaints.
