ACT Plus ( Daily and Monthly QC log)

Hey Group,
I am wondering if any of you use ACT Plus and if so do have a template for the daily and monthly QC for it. The one we have currently needs work and was looking for suggestions or if you have template that you don't mind sharing.

Hi Joe,
I use the middleware (Telcor) to pull reports for both Daily and Weekly, so need for a template. If you don't have middleware, you should be able to use the Accriva Report Manager software.
I do have a daily Maintenance Sheet if you'd like that.
