Hi all,
Does anyone have any experience with using test device in POCT that are 501K exempt? There are a few on the market for cotinine/nicotine that we are looking at and I would appreciate any feedback. Hoe did you handle them from a compliance standpoint? Did you treat them like a waived test? If so was that satisfactory for CAP and/or TJC?
