CAP Moderate Testing Competency

We have a large number of moderate users, 300+. I have a few questions about 6 month and annual competency for CAP. If you have a good system, could you contact me please? I need a little help from my friends.

Hi Erika,
Here at Temple the nurse managers, Nurse Educators and Nurse Cain's, help us with fulfilling our competencies. I have close to 1600 nurses that we monitor. I am working with our IT team to get all of our POCT competencies and assessments online. We are working on it being three steps. 1st step: the nurses take the initial quiz, if they pass it moves on to the nurse manager and nurse educators so that they can do the 2nd step: manager or educator or cain will then observe the assessment and documented on line completing the competency for the staff. 3rd step: the nurses will then be able to email me individually their certificate where I can then store it in there personal electronic file that I have or finishing up creating. This way at any point if any governing agency request it I can easily pull up all the files or send them to the floors if they are being requested. It makes it easier to update them in our middle ware as well. I am currently getting in multiple copies of the same nurse because of it wasting tons of paper.
This process does many things: it saves on time, money and brings us to the electronic age.
