Currently we are using Coagucheck, no issues or complaints. The end of last year Seimen's brought the big semi by the hospital with their line up of analyzer's and the Xprecia peaked my interest.
Currently we run maybe 20 tests a month but I was just told we will soon be doing 20 a week. We have only one Coagucheck and I am thinking we will need another Coagucheck or we start looking at the Xprecia.
Thoughts???

Our facility is currently performing correlations with the CoaguChek XS. I'm noticing some deviations utilizing the inpatient population. Did you have any issues?
