Meditech Build for STATNotes

Good morning,
I recently have undertaken the task of building STATNotes into our Meditech system and it is very daunting so far. Our IT department has defaulted all Lab test builds to the Lab Department so there isn't much help there. I am having issues getting only the results that cross to populate onto the profiles and was wondering if there may be a better way to go about this. I have Telcor QML for my middleware also and that part is complete, it is just getting the two to talk nicely. Feel free to pm me too if need be.

I have Meditech 6.08 and STATNotes on the Istat (but I have RALS- though it should not be very different). I built every possible answer into my profiles and default NP for all of the results. if any item is resulted the NP is overwritten. Up until our last update to PP32 this worked perfectly. There is a bug in this Priority Pack and 3 or 4 results don't auto-result the NP and remain pending. I wonder if you are having a similar issue?
