Ferning Competency

Hello All,
I am in the process of updating my Ferning competency to satisfy the CAP checklist requirements. Would any of you have a Fern competency that you would be willing to share? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am also interested in key talking points covered during ones FERN competencies. Like what have inspectors been looking for during PPMP inspections etc. I like to give my doctors a brief overview as to what's new and why these competencies are important. Any help would be appreciated.
