Is anyone else using the Pink Beckman Coulter ICON 20 HCG kit for serum HCG's? We needed to switch kits and started our validation on this kit only to discover that our low positive, which is above the level of the stated kit sensitivity, is taking an hour or more to demonstrate a positive result. Just wondering what others are using for serum QC material with this kit or if they had the same problem.
