Is there an FDA approved device for POC Procalcitonin. Someone sent me info on the Thermo-Fisher B.R.A.H.M.S device and cartridge here:

Groan - I was hoping we'd get at least a couple of years respite before they came out with a POC method for that test, LOL!
Heard back from Thermo-Fisher that these tests are not FDA approved for use in the US yet
