Reports in Telcor for i-STAT

We just went live with the i-STAT in our ED last week and are using the cTnI and Chem 8+ cartridges.  We want to create a report in Telcor for reagent usage for the month.  Does anyone have one created that they like?  I have played with
the filters in the Report section, but each report turns out to be pretty lengthy.  I was working with Telcor on this, but they admitted it’s better for the facility to just play around to get the best outcome.

We have created a Quality report to catch cartridge waste, are there others we should think about using?

Thanks for your time!

Telcor reports: i-STAT Statistic Report

1. Program Summary: set by device type, set by location, include disposable type.  Set by begin date - end date.  I export as an .xls file instead of .pdf file.  This gives statistics by location.

2. Operatory/Device Summary: set by device type, record type = do not include EQC, set by location, set: show operator ID.  Set by begin date - end date.  I export as an .xls file instead of .pdf file.  This gives statistics by operator.

3. You can do both of these but set Disposable Code = Quality.  This captures Quality Check codes.

Hi Frank,

I have a couple more questions about these reports.  Would you email me your contact info?

Thanks,

Cindy Sorensen
