POCT Error Rate

Have any POCT Coordinators here do regular audits in physician offices? If so, do you calculate error rates in any fashion? I would like to know how our group is comparing to others. Does anyone know of a national error rate average?
My metrics are mostly related to missed and erroneous results in our EMRs.
