I want to reach out and see what other facilities similar to us are doing in regards to Waived Competency (TJC) for resource nursing over multiple CLIAs.
We are a system of 17 hospitals with a large resource nursing pool. Currently we have the resource nurses complete waived competencies at each facility due to multiple CLIAs.
Thanks for any advice you all can provide as to your process!
