ABL90 interfering substance with ionized calcium?

We have run into an issue where many of our NICU samples have been reporting with a ? next to the ionized calcium result. Tech support says it is an interfering substance but we can't pinpoint what the cause is. Has anyone else run into this problem. (We have considered hemolysis but the K results are normal do we dont think its that).

Have they started cleaning the instrument with something new? Make sure EVS isn't spraying anything new either. I've went up before to troubleshoot a parameter that wouldn't calibrate and found the incorrect wipes right next to an instrument.
The purple top Sani-Cloth wipes interfere with sodium’s on the Siemens analyzers so it could be a wipe as Yvonne said.

Thanks for your input. They are using the correct cleaning material, so we don't think that is the issue.
*To add, this is only happening in the NICU on both devices we have there. We changed out the sensor cassettes, and it is still happening.*
We had this same problem but with only capillary specimens.
The 65 microliter capillary tubes have an interfering substance that affects the ionized calcium result. We had to switch to the 100 microliter capillary tubes and have not had any problem since the switch. You can email me directly rhonda.bergmann@unitypoint,org with further questions.
