I was looking for an answer to this same question - we supposedly have a clinic in our hospital system using a "Point of care" test for PSA, but I cannot find anything about this online. I am hoping that if it exists, it is waived!
Anyone know of a PSA test available as a POC test?
There is a new device in research status, called PSAwatch by Bioscan. I can't find anything about being FDA approved. I also don't see PSA on the latest list of CLIA waived tests. I wonder if this clinic is doing some kind of a research project?
