venous/line collect specimens for glucometer testing

All though the Roche Accuchek II lists venous or arterial samples as options for testing, we currently only perform fingersticks at my facility.
Does anyone use line draw samples or arterial samples for tesing on their glucometers? What is your policy/procedure for handling the specimen?
