POCT Troponin Platforms

My facility currently uses the Alere, Triage meter to perform POCT troponins. Aside from the iSTAT, do you know of any other platforms available for this testing?

We used Siemen's Stratus in our ER at one time.

I thought we were the only Emergency Department using the Triage Meter. We are looking at switching over too.

WE currently use triage TNI and are actively looking to replace it since Quidel is horrid.
iSTAT and Stratus CS are in play
Approximately 6-10% of monthly patient testing results in an Internal QC error. It is not users, department or instrument specific. When we call for assistance they always recommend user training. I understand that some are attributed to specimen integrity and user error, but I don't think all are. Why are you switching?
The Stratus CS offers a POC, high sensitivity troponin that matches up well with lab results.
We have been pleased with our Pathfast by Polymedco. It is not hand held, but our nursing staff seems to do well with it.
Michael, which troponin method/analyzer do you use in the main lab?
