Non-Waived Testing Personnel Records for CAP Checklist GEN.54400
I am looking to see how other POC Coordinators are meeting this requirement for internationally trained personnel
1. Who solicits this information? POC Coordinator or HR department
2. What verification agency is used to obtain the US equivalency verification?
3. Do you require the education verification including the US equivalency prior to initial training for non-waived testing? If no, do you give staff a “grace period” in which to provide the documentation?
4. Do you have a process in place when international staff are unable to produce the required verification?
