Mixed Venous Blood Gas

Does anyone run mixed venous (particularly for OHS)? We currently use the ABL 90 for arterial and venous and during OHS they use the venous option for mixed venous. They want to make a test specific to the mixed venous blood but I'm not sure where to start. Radiometer was NOT helpful.
I need to create a reference range and I'm not sure how to go about it. Any ideas?

Hannah, the ABL90 should have a choice for Mixed Venous. We have it and use it. However, we cannot get our providers to tell what RANGE they want to use so we default to the venous ranges. Hope this helps,
