I-STAT Hemolysis

Hello Everyone,
How do you deal with possible hemolysis on I-STAT 1 testing? When reviewing results, I will look into critical K results and see if they match any lab testing around that time that they may have had. I do see times when they run a Chem 8 on the I-STAT and send a sample to the lab as well for a panel containing K and the lab sample is rejected due to hemolysis... How do you handle the results from the I-STAT that are in the patient EMR that (most likely) are incorrect?
Do you have a comment you attach to the I-STAT results? Remove and credit?
Thank you.

We have a comment on every iStat K that says " Performed on whole blood, unable to evaluate for hemolysis"
