Clue Cell , Vaginal Wet prep/KOH reporting

We currently report Clue Cells as present or not. Does anyone use a "threshhold" to call these positive? for example 20% present equals positive.
I would like to hear from Clinics that have providers reading their own slides - are they under their own PPM or your license?
Do your providers log their results?
