Transporting Lab Samples to Main lab

Would anyone be willing to share their specimen transport from clinics to main labs policies or guidelines?

We place each sample in a Bio-hazard bag with the orders in the bag, then take all the samples and place them in a cooler and then bring them to the Lab for processing
