Does anyone use Telcor QML with EPIC? Do you use the CSN or HAR as the identifier for Telcor QML? We are going live with EPIC un June.

Yes we use Telcor QML with EPIC. We use the CSN number.
We have Telcor and EPIC, we use CSN due to what is configured on the armband
We use CSN as well.
CSN
We switched to EPIC last June - we use the CSN number

We use EPIC and Telcor and the CSN for patient ID.
We use the HAR. Our armband barcode is AC then the HAR #.

We use the HAR. Keep in mind with the HAR that if you have multiple facilities as part of your system and you use the Nova meter, Novanet cannot pass ADT information from facility A to facility B. So if a HAR gives you patient ADT at the meter in facility A, it won't give you that ADT info at facility B's meter. This is if your facilities do not discharge and readmit when transferring as our system in town does not (we have 3 facilities in town). So the HAR for a patient is the same between a transfer from Facility A to B when it's in-town. This obviously creates problems at receiving facilities as those meters show the patient ID as invalid.
I believe this would be similar even with a CSN.
Novanet is working on a solution but it is slow going.
Interested if similar facilities have this problem and how they deal with it
Sorry for sort of hijacking this post. Wasn't intentional.
Thanks,
