Failed EPOC QC

Hi,
I'm having issues with failing EPOC QC. QC is Eurotrol, GAS-ISE metabolites level 2.
I've tried 2 different lot numbers of QC, 266-2-B837 and 266-2-B809, two different lots of cards and tried different EPOC instruments.
All level 2 QC has failed on all devices. Levels 1 and 3 pass, but they are at the low end of the acceptable QC range.
Is anyone else having these issues?

Jake,
We have lot# 266-2-B809 and the controls look fine. I would maybe confirm that your value assignments or eVAS are up to date.
