How does everyone handle their needle sticks?

Needle sticks fall under the Occ Health/IPAC departments of our hospital. The staff (POC and otherwise) are expected to follow those procedures which includes first aid first then grab the kit which takes them through the overall process of what to do and who to notify and what forms to fill out.
