POC Study with ASCP
I am currently working on a developing a pilot POC study with ASCP. I am curious if any of you are interested in participating. Below are the basic guidelines:
Using a wide variety of POC platforms and tests, we would like to compare results of proficiency testing between both nursing, non-nursing, and laboratory professionals. For example, the proficiency testing would occur per facility SOP, and then the sample would be tested by nursing or non-nursing, and laboratory professionals. We would just need to know
1. date of testing
2. type of professional performing test
3. test methodology/test type
4. Unique sample ID (generally found on the sample itself)
5. result
6. acceptable range (supplied by the survey company)
7. mean (supplied by the survey company)
For more information, if interested in participating, please email me at laura.severs@advocatehealth.com
Thank you!
