Statspin Centrifuge for Urine Microscopics

Is anyone using the Stat spin and 2 mL specimen for urine micros? We started correlations with our current procedure of centrifuging 12 ml samples, and the results are not correlating well.
Any advice or procedure you could share with me?

What RPMS are you spinning at? If its too high you could be destroying the cells. We spin for 5 minutes at 2500 rpm
