epoc calibration verification

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the epoc pCO2 linearity on Level 4?  I am told by Siemens and Eurotrol that there is only 1 lot of CVM available.  Our values are within the ranges, but when I graph them in EP Evaluator,
the curve drops off at the top, where level 4 results are.  Any suggestions?  I’m thinking we will have to lower our linearity limit until a new lot of CVM is available.  Thanks.

Hello Reine. We had the very same issue as I was using a linearity for instrument troubleshooting. I called Tech Support and was sent another box of the same lot number. The new box of CVM gave a slightly better  result for Level 4, more acceptable to keep the AMR. The turnaround time for us was 2 days. We use the Eurotrol Cue See program for evaluation reports and not EP Evaluator. Do you use Cue See at all? I have a love/hate relationship with it.

I would really love to exchange opportunity for improvements with epoc testing.

Thanks,
