Does everyone use middleware to connect their POC devices to the LIS? If so what middleware do you use?

We use RALs Web 3. We are 100% interfaced with all of our instrument (expect for a couple of AVOXimeters - its either print of connect. They chose to print) and manual testing. We connect to Beaker (Epic).
We use Alere RALS Web 3.

We use Cobas IT-1000 for our Accu-Check testing and are implementing RALS for I-Stat testing currently.
Telcor Qml for our nova meters, webmre, and istats

We use Telcor QML and connect to SoftLab.
We use Telcor QML for everything. AQURE is interfaced for the HemoCue and ABL90s, but information still flows through QML before moving into LIS.
We have Telcor QML, with cobas IT 1000 for our Roche meters. We also have RapidComm
We have RALS Web 3 for Glucose meters, iSTAT, Cliniteks, HemoCues, DCA Vantage, Hemochron, HMS + Hepcon and OTE for pregs and streps. We interface to Sunquest then Epic.
We also have Aqure for our Radiometer ABL90s.
We use Telcor for our middleware. We have our glucometers, Istats, Clinitek Classics and Connects, Piccolo, DCA and Sig Elites connected for our hospital and outpatient clinic sites. We also have all our manual tests interfaced through the Nova MTE. We've used Telcor for years and they are great to work with. They charge by device type not # of devices so that made it easier to interface everything.

We have Telcor for Middleware. We have NOVA meters, i-STAT and Cliniteks connected through Telcor to our LIS/ HIS ( Meditech)
The middleware are secure. They have to follow regulations. CLSI has a POCTI-A POC Connectivity if you want to know more about middleware specifications.
Has anyone heard anything, or worked with Relaymed?
I was also wondering about Relaymed. Strongly considering it for an Urgent Care but would like to hear from others who use it. Have heard good things from an Afinion trainer who said people who use it like it, but would like some first hand info.

Telcor here as well, for multiple device types. Love them - extremely customer-oriented, always willing to rise to the challenge.
Does anyone know if Cobas IT can connect with iSTAT currently?
We don’t use cobas IT1000 but at the demo we were told yes.
