Vaginal pH Testing for Infection Assessment

Good Afternoon, 

I was wondering if anyone might have a vaginal pH policy for infection that they might be willing to share. 

Do you have two separate policies one for ROM and one for infection? Or do you just use one Vaginal pH policy? 

Any information that you might be willing to share would be greatly appreciated.
