HealthStream Competency Documentation

Hello,

For those of you who use HealthStream... aside from assigning competency quizzes to staff, do you also document completion of competency checklists there too?  If so, what is your process?

I'm thinking of possibly creating an attestation form that the employee electronically signs stating the 6 elements were observed by our point lab trainer but not sure of the phrasing as we have numerous competency checklists for each lab device/test kit.

I would love to do away with paper trails and make everything electronic via HealthStream.  Any recommendations are much appreciated!!
