Room & Humidity tracking 24/7 in clinic labs

We take manual temps of refrigerators, freezers, room temp & humidity every day we are open. Our clinics are 7a to 5p or 8a to 8p. We have a tracking alert system on fridges and freezers, but I'm wondering if anyone uses a room temp & humidity tracking or monitoring system for overnight? If so what do you use?

We use Min/Max temperature and humidity monitors. The results have been enlightening. We learned that HVAC systems in some buildings are “adjusted” when the tenants are away (nights, weekends, holidays). This has necessitated customizing
the acceptable ranges for some locations based upon the tests they use.
We use min/max thermometers in all of our locations that are not staffed 24/7. Staff members check and record the min/max/current temps each day the clinic/unit is staffed. The reset button is checked each day and on Mondays after the weekend. This makes sure any out of range temps are caught. We don’t have a notification system, but if temps went out of range the appropriate corrective action must be taken.
