Anybody have experience with the Actalyke?

We are exploring ACT testing platforms to replace our Medtronic ACT Plus analyzers. Unfortunately, the Hemochron GEM100 is not an option for us due to an IT security issue.
We are looking into the iSTAT but there is not much information about the Actalyke - any insight would be helpful.
Can the Actalyke be interfaced, user lockout, QC lockout, etc?
