Glucose testing and RALS

Hello all,
We recently upgraded to RALS system version 6.0. We are having problems with our NOVA stat results. We are getting invalid location and invalid patient flags due to ADT problems, meaning that patients must have the correct mapping within our system otherwise results are flagged and require manual overwrites. In our opinion, it is crazy to try to map a patient's clinical movement within the hospital as there are so many specialties/units.
Has anyone have these kind of problems? If so, how did you resolve it?
What do other people use as POC middleware? We are a level one trauma with 505 beds. 5000 trained operators and 230 Nova statstrip meters.
Thank you,
Juan Cabrera

We also recently upgraded. You want RALS tech support to turn off the location filter that requires the glucose meter and patient to be in the same location. We are a multihospital system, so we only require that the patient be in the same hospital. It is an easy fix.
