Nova Stat Strip Xpress

I have just found out that we will be moving to the Nova meters in 2020 for our organization. We have 2 options- Stat Strip or Stat Strip Xpress. Since I am over the outpatient clinics (none of our devices are connected) we are planning to go with the Xpress model.
If you use the Xpress what are your thought? Is there QC lockout on this one? Any tips/tricks on training for this meter?
