Recently we dropped our CAP accreditation at one of our draw stations and it is now CLIA. What regulations are different that I may need to worry about if any that are different from CAP? TIA

Jillian,
CAP, TJC, and COLA standards are CLIA regs.
Accrediting agency interprets the regulations different from each other.
If you were CAP accredited, you should not have any problem
with inspections as long as you follow all the standards.
The problem with CAP is the peer inspector interpretation.
Sometimes, the CAP inspector might be biased on how they interpret the standards
based on how they were inspected the last time.
CLIA do not have written out standards ( by the number) like CAP.
CLIA, TJC and COLA have a dedicated paid inspectors.
As long as you follow the CLIA regs, you should be fine.
So read your CLIA regs . I attach a copy.
If you do not have a copy or did not get the attachment ,
