Has anyone had an issue with not performing external QC on the Coaguchec waived INR test? JCAHO?

No we have not had issues with TJC WT Chapter inspection.

We use the CoaguChek XS and there are no external controls available for it.
We use the Coaguchek XS plus. There are external controls for this one. We run QC monthly I currently run QC for all our out patient services.
