Corprate has decided to go wireless on our Glucometers. I was wondering if any of you use RALS and are also using wireless glucometer. I need a little help with getting our wireless devices to be actually wireless and our IT is baffled with what step we have miss. I was curious if anyone has any experience with this and is willing to point me in the right direction.

Hi Kammy,
We use TELCOR and we have wireless Glucose meters with Nova Biomedical. Nova Biomedical has two MAC addresses. you need to provide both of them, the one MAC address is for the remote connection and the other MAC address is for the wireless.
If you need anything else please don't hesitate to call
