I don't have a concrete answer for you, but we also dropped almost all of our docking stations after the migration to windows 10. We use the FreeStyle Precision Pro, so our docking stations were only used if the wifi went out (never happened). It seems that we need our IS people to reinstall a driver for the downloaders to function again.
Sorry this doesn't give you a ton of information. Definitely a Windows 10 issue though.
