Hello,
We recently brought on Compass MediaLab to record POC competency documentation. We're trying to get away from going to skills fairs.
I was wondering how everyone deals with non-interfaced testing competencies? Do you have RN educators do blinds? Do you have some kind of online quiz? Do you go to skills fairs?
Right now we do an online quiz and a blind at a skills fair.

We do the same for non-interfaced tests - online quiz and return demo at SF.
I am curious how others are doing theirs though.
