Hi Folks,

Does anyone have any involvement working with Trimedx and willing to share your experiences with them servicing your lab analyzers and other general lab equipment?

Thank you,

I work for Dignity Health in Arizona.  We have had TriMedx for the last several years and I would say that the lab staff here are unhappy with the service that they provide.  The service agreement is ending this December and that is a good thing.  A lot of times they are not able to fix broken lab instruments and the various vendors like Abbott, Siemens, and Beckman Coulter don't like having them mess with their equipment.  It is like having a third party in the middle of everything.

We use TRIMEDX and only allow them to work on small equipment so far. Vendor services equipment is continued to be maintained by the vendor and TRIMEDX pays for the service. Our team seems very overwhelmed with the demand of our health system.

We have Trimedx and we are not happy. They do not service our analyzers, but ancillary lab equipment like fridges and centrifuges. We have a fridge that died 3(?) weeks ago and they just brought in someone at the end of last week to look at the compressor. Now we have to wait another 3+weeks to get the new compressor installed (whenever it comes in) and get our space back. They aren't very responsive to our requests or with following up. I don't know if they are overwhelmed or what.
