proficiency testing

Some of my POC testing are at a CAP accredited site so we are subject to proficiency testing requirements. I had been using AAB but just found out that they will no longer be providing CAP approved specimens. Has anyone used Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene Proficiency testing or AAFP proficiency testing? Have you had good luck with them?

We currently use WSLH for all of our clinics (70+ locations) and recently changed to WSLH instead of CAP for hospital tests also run by our lab (an inspector tried to cite us for duplicate testing using duplicate surveys for the floor and the lab even though they're tested and reported by different departments independently.) In my experience WSLH does a great job, their customer service is fast and pleasant, and I highly recommend them. The only drawback at this point is that there isn't an online attestation page (there is a printed version that comes with the survey but you can't type it in online) so you have to add a comment to each result if you want to online-document who ran the test(s).

We use American Proficiency Institute (API) and are happy with them. Very easy to understand instructions for performing and resulting. I use them at both my waived testing sites and my moderate complexity location at the hospital.
We also use API. We are very happy with them.
Also, API here. Great customer service and the website is easy to use when having non-laboratorians entering PT results from off site clinics, etc.
