Read-back comments in POC

According to COM.30100, the standard on Critical Result Read-Back comments, when a result is given verbally, a read-back comment is requested and reported.
How do you guys apply this to POC glucose tests? We have CNAs and techs that perform our POC glucose tests also, so they have to report their critical results to a nurse/provider. How is your facility documenting read-back comments?
