Clinitek time update

Hello,

Did anyone on RALS 6.0 have trouble with the Cliniteks NOT updating the time last weekend for daylight savings time?

Thanks,

Reine

We did not have any problem in our location. The clinitek software version has to be the latest i.e.: 2.62/2.4.2.0. If not call siemens or allere hotline for resolution.

I was told by the RALS team that in Version 6.0 sp3, the Clinitek time synch got broken (it was fixed in version 5.16).  The Cliniteks no longer corrects the time when they run fast and does not correct for daylight savings time.  Hopefully this will be corrected in a future version upgrade.

Our current RALS version is 6.0 SP2 and time sync with clinitek has no issues.

I have issues with our Cliniteks holding their time--they seem to drift a few seconds every few days, so over about a month they no longer match to RALS causing "testing done in future" errors. The cliniteks also need to be updated for daylight savings manually. We just moved to RALS to 6.0--have you found that these issues are resolved in this upgrade?
