Trainer Delegation Letters

My organization utilizes the train the trainer competency method.  The POCT department trains an super user and then they train the operators within their unit. 

I was wondering how other facilities, utilizing this method, have organized their training delegation letter.  We run on a rolling calendar for certification expiration dates.
