Baby wristbands with Epic and iStat

Our health system is trying to change the wristbands we use on babies to the Laser Band Advanced System. We are having some issues with the iStats not being able to scan from these bands and I just wanted to reach out to see if anyone
has already worked through these issues with these bands using the iStat. Anything you might have learned would be appreciated. Thanks!
