Any Nova Prime+ Users?

All of the major players have already capitalized on reaching out to me trying to sell me their alternative to iSTAT. The only device I have never used in my career is the Nova Prime+. Our lab had a horrible experience with the Nova Phox Blood Gas analyzers, and they were down constantly and tech support was a joke from Nova. Maybe it is because they are putting all of their efforts into this new device? Does anyone use them, and if so, what do you think? Please do tell all...
