Anyone can suggest a good middle ware for POCT, currently we are using Roche CobasIT1000.

I am using RALS and I like it. The only down side is the cost - per device. Are you having problems with Cobas IT?
I use Rals and I also like it except the fact that their tech support is not familiar with DE customization for iStat eventhough they are owned by Abbott!

I use Telcor QML and I love it. You don't pay per device just per instrument type, so that allows you to connect as many instruments as you need at no additional cost. They currently have a lot of drivers for instrument connections and they are good at creating drivers for instruments if they don't currently have one. Their tech support has always been helpful. I haven't used any other middleware so I can't compare but we've had it for 15+ years and no complaints.

Funny you say that, I actually had an Abbott analyst tell me today that the DE customization was “out of his wheelhouse”. Go figure whose wheelhouse is it?
