In the midst of a looming CAP inspection and the "CHEM8-GATE" i-STAT crisis, I am opening an Urgent Care in the next 10 days that will have our first ever Sysmex XW-100. Being that this is new to our institution, what kind of documentation do you have the staff complete QC, maintenance, etc.?
Is anyone willing to share their documents including an SOP and training checklist? I'd be super appreciative.

We are also looking at getting this for a small clinic. Have you used it yet? If so what are your impressions of it?

Hi Chris,
We just went live it yesterday at our Urgent Care but that I know of they didn't have any CBC orders as the clinic opened that day as well.
We will be installing two other XWs at our other Urgent Care Centers in the next week or so. Setup is super easy and straight forward, just a little time consuming (about 2 hours). I was able to take care of other things in between during the long wait times. So far the sales experience has been great! Their customer services blows others out of the water.
